Most of the sarees have attached with un-stitched blouse material, not readymade.

Whether silks sarees are silk mark authenticated or not?

Yes. All our pure silk sarees comes with silk mark.

What is the showroom timing and will it open on Sundays?

Our show room timing is 10 am to 9.30 pm. And open on all days.

How can I purchase a product in online?

It is very easy to purchase a product in our online. Kindly visit our website.

Can I get same colour as seen in the website?

There will be mild variation between the actual product and website. This is mainly due to the monitor colour settings and resolution. Hence please keep it in mind, there will be minor colour variation as seen on computer screen against actual colour of the products.

Is cash on delivery accepted?

No. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

When will you process the orders?

We will start the process once payment get confirmed.

Are you accepting payment via other methods?

You can make a payment through Bank transfer method only.

How can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

You can inform through email or contact number. If the product is out for delivery, then it is not possible to change the delivery address.

How can I track the product once shipped?

You will receive an email with Courier details once it has been shipped. You can track it with respective courier.
